Indonesia's coffee have long been prized for a particular cup profile, thanks to the mineral rich soil, fortified with volcanic ash. Because of the rich volcanic soil and tropical climate, the coffee develops a very unique flavour.
Earthy and intense, it evokes the character of a tropical rain forest. With its acquired taste, you are in for a rich inky cup with herbal aroma and notes of cedar, spice and dark chocolate. Very syrupy texture with defined acidity and toffee finish.
