Honduras soil, climate and conditions make it a very a suitable location for coffee with unique sensory characteristics. This single origin in particular is a SHG (Strictly High Grown) which means that it must be grown at 1,200 meters above sea level or higher. The higher altitude and lower temperatures mean that the coffee fruit matures more slowly, creating a denser bean.
Well balanced cup with soft body and sweet notes of fig, malt and almond. Bright acidity with a velvety taste and a very smooth finish.
Recommended Roasting: LIGHT to MEDIUM DARK
