Ethiopian coffees are largely produced from varieties of Arabica long grown in the region and known for its bright fruited and intense flavour. This single origin is dry-processed , the oldest method of processing coffee, meaning that the entire cherry after harvest is first cleaned and then placed in the sun to dry on tables or in thin layers on patios.
This cup provide an intense complexity in both aroma and flavour notes with a crisps citrus acidity. Rich body, intense fruity sweetness with berry notes and an earthy finish.
